To ensure the safety of our guests, we have established the following food allergy policy.

1. 关于交叉污染的可能性 / Risk of Cross-Contamination
【重要】基于自助餐的特性，在烹饪过程及餐厅现场，可能会发生过敏原食材非自愿性的混合。
[IMPORTANT] Due to the nature of the buffet style, there is a risk of unintended cross-contamination.

所有的菜单均共用烹饪器具、餐具及洗碗机。
Cooking utensils, tableware, and dishwashers are shared across all menu items.

在客人取餐时，可能会因共用取餐夹或食物溅洒，导致过敏原附着到其他料理中。
Allergens may be transferred between dishes through shared tongs or food particles being scattered during self-service.

2. 关于菜单标注 / Menu Labelling
各菜品指示牌上，除了法律规定的8种特定原材料外，还标注了腰果的图标。
In addition to the 8 mandatory allergens, icons for cashew nuts are also displayed on each menu card.
